Ski Day dawned gray and wet! Oh no, please don't let it be cancelled! Everyone was dreading the phone call from the phone tree list. But the ski field was open and our worst fears were wiped away.
After the parent and student briefing at 7:20 am we embarked on our journey to the Rainbow Ski Field.
Once we got to the ski field we dumped our bags, listened to the instructor and then rushed out of the Day Room to get our hired gear. Level 1 and 2 had their lessons straight away while Level 3 - 5 were free to roam the ski field according to their level in groups of 2 or 3. Everyone was so hooked on skiing that hardly anyone remembered to stop for lunch. Some students were forced to leave the slopes because the teachers caught up with them and reminded them that they needed food and drink!
We think that ski day was the best day this Term. Check out our photos for some of the action.
